Food parental is all about how you interact with your child when it comes to food and meal times. In fact, how you feed your child is just as important as what you feed them. By gently guiding your child’s relationship with food you can help to diversify their palate (allowing them to confidently accept new tastes and textures) and learn to recognise and respond to their natural hunger and satiety (fullness) cues.
